What’s surprised me is how often the underlying challenges are the same.

Growth becomes harder than it should. Teams lose alignment. People start operating from pressure instead of clarity. Organizations slowly drift away from the thing that made them strong in the first place.

I’ve learned that sustainable growth rarely comes from doing more.

It comes from understanding what’s actually happening beneath the surface and having the courage to address it clearly.

About Me

Over the years, I’ve worked across startups, nonprofits, enterprise organizations, and publicly traded companies, leading people in growth, go-to-market strategy, and organizational transformation. Underneath all of it, the work has always felt surprisingly similar to me: understanding what’s really going on beneath the surface, bringing clarity to complexity, and helping people build something stronger and more sustainable.

I care deeply about both performance and people. I believe businesses work best when there’s alignment between vision, systems, leadership, and culture and I’ve built my career helping organizations create that alignment in ways that actually scale.

Outside of business, I’ve always been drawn toward work that serves people who are vulnerable, overlooked, or fighting difficult battles of their own. Whether through nonprofit advisory work, advocacy efforts, or simply showing up in parts of the world that are gritty but where help is needed, I’ve never been someone who backs away from hard things. I believe leadership carries a responsibility not just to build successful organizations, but to use strength, influence, and resources in ways that meaningfully impact others.
